there. Is that what you mean? It doesn't make the noise when the truck is stopped.

Looks into the IWE and hub vacuum. They are known to make a high pitch whining

Mine has manual locking hubs. So IWE isn't applicable right?

You could have a bad hub. Lock your hubs and drive around in 2WD

Check 12 and 6 too. 3 and 9 play can also be steering linkage
