Any contact to the head is usually reviewed as a flagrant. They reviews Dwight for flagrant on Rudy for extremely soft
Incidental contact in this game. It was rightfully called a common foul in that instance. But just grazing Rudy’s face with his hand brought it to review. An elbow to the face will be reviewed everytime for contact to the head whether by an offensive or defensive player.
