we had a house we wanted to see. Listed on Thursday They stated open house only on Saturday only Reviewing offers Sunday. Tried to see it Friday. They declined by Friday PM it had an accepted offer on it with no showing, cancelled the Open house.


We are downsizing just sold my house and sitting on cash. Moving in with the in-laws until we find something. If the bubble burst soon I will be thrilled. But the wife is scared it will just keep going up...
