The hiring managers kept going on and on about how this is the perfect time to join said company, how they are looking for hungry people to join, etc.

They finished the interview saying I didn’t have enough experience and to try again in a year… I was very confused and annoyed, considering their entire “pitch” to me was don’t wait.
