That's the most optimistic Hall take out there (coincidentally also the one that is always shared here)
I think Hall could well be drafted. But he's not going early in the first unless he has an absolute monster of a season (talking Joe Burrow 2019).
Not because I don't think he's a good QB, but because he'll be over 25 by the time of the draft and has a rough injury history
