that the vaccine is effective at preventing “serious illness and death”. Not once have they claimed that if vaccinated you can’t or won’t get Covid. It’s ridiculous when people point to positive tests in vaccinated people and say “look it doesn’t work”. That’s not what it claims to do. If you’re vaccinated and you get Covid, the test is was it serious or did you die. If no, then the manufacturers will say it was successful. Possibly could have been the same outcome without the vaccine, but maybe not.
