Actually I'm not sure. Fouss is going to be a star in the WCC, but ...
I think Big12 height/athleticism will be really tough for him. His long arms and strong build will only go so far, and he can out-work/out-technique WCC guys who are taller. But I'm not sure that will work in the Big12 and I think he'll get neutralized more.
