But as a kid there was always a gallon of milk on our dinner table. My brothers and I drank the full gallon every night.

At my house now, no one drinks milk with a meal. My kids have some with their cereal and my wife will have a glass with a cookie. But I could drink it at any time of day. I just pour a glass (or swig from the jug 😉 ) when I'm walking through the kitchen.

There is a high amount of sugar in milk. I think some people (including me) love the taste of milk but don't realize that they may be a bit addicted to its sweetness.
