Not one of the insurance scholars on this thread has asked what coverages you have and what those limits are. Impossible to know whether or not you're getting a fair rate without disclosing the driving history of the drivers and the respective coverages and limits.
You can always shop around, just make sure you are shopping apples to apples. Insurers like to tout their savings by lowering policy limits and including less coverage when people insurance shop.
