with, as my boss was basically doing all of this already with a different title, but that's another story. Actually felt really bad for him with the hire, because they didn't even tell him they were making the hire, just casually mentioned one day that a new controller had been hired. Gotta already be a punch to his self esteem, and then the guy they hired being a jerk just making it worse.
