I had two shipments coming for one of my businesses from Malaysia via fedex. One was needed today- so it was marked as a “need by date” and shipped out last week on the 20th.

The other shipment we didn’t need for a few more days, and as such was shipped a day after the first.

Both left Malaysia together, arrived Anchorage at the same time.

The problem? Shipment 2 was delivered today at 11:30 am. Shipment 1 is still sitting in Alaska. I call fedex and ask why, apparently there was a weather delay. However I tell them “this other package traveled with that one and made it by the shipment 1 deadline”

They simply said “sorry, we don’t know why we said there was a weather delay”
