The whole West and East side of the stadium are due for a complete demo and rebuild...

Those 2 sides are the old bones of the old stadium... the Press box is seriously outdated, the lockerrooms are outdates... it's well past time to do this now. It's going to cause some attendance issues for the first couple of years, but it's just time to do a complete renovation and that means the West and East stands need to come down and be rebuilt.
