#'s seem off. Condos F&C worth 500K. How does he buy out sibling (S) for only 100K? There are other

questions he should get answers to before deciding. Here are just a few:
What is his risk tolerance?
Age?
Current liklihood his normal income will continue or increase?
Is significant other on board?
What is his goal prior to retirement?

There are at least 10 more ?'s I could list. All of these answers would need to be figured in, imo.
