Here, the assessor (County appraiser) has no access to an appraisal done by a private / fee appraiser. The local MLS has also denied their request to be members, so they don't have access to the information in the MLS, either. Could be the same with your area, but I can't say for sure.

Redfin includes past sale prices as long as it was sold relatively recently.
