by snarky memes, fellow-Cougar-putdowns guised as argument responses, cynical responses to most positive talk about players, teams, etc., rumor statements made with no basis in fact, pleadings for the heads of coaches - when it used to be a pretty fun place to cheer on the Cougar teams and banter about them -

And there's a large group on this board who seem as though they are here to judge the comments of others instead of advancing discussion that is generally positive, a game of "rate-a-post" - judging the cleverness of the visual and verbal presentation instead of engaging in real banter or conversation around it.

And sure I've ranted against the performance of the team during or after tough games probably like all BYU fans, but we're talking here about a daily, negative, drip-drip-drip of speculation and opinion-as-fact and gossip and negativity that makes CougarBoard less than it once was -
