I know on the surface “roadkill” sounds like a bad thing.
It conjures in the mind images of dead bloated mangled animals. But anyone who examines it logically understands the food resource wildlife are; and to see several hundred pounds of meat go to waste just because of the bad connotation “roadkill” has is silly. Harvesting this meat is the responsible thing to do, particularly if it goes to those less fortunate.

With that being said…anyone ever eaten at this restaurant in Kentucky?
