RE: I tipped the scales at 200.6 this summer. This weekend I dipped below 185.

You said it right, at first it seems like it sucks and it's very hard to make yourself do anything. But when you see the first results, it gives you the strength to continue exercising and eating healthy foods. Your tips on weight loss are absolutely correct, but I would add a few more points.1. If someone can't run, you can do cardio in the gym or outdoors. 2. I advise you to buy a modern smart scale https://www.amazon.com/Vont-Smart-Body-Scale-Black/dp/B08XYX8RDR/ so you can track your weight, body fat, and more. 3. You have to establish a sleep schedule, believe me, it's very important for your body. Summer is coming soon, and I see this as a new motivation to lose weight and take care of my body as well.
