I thought I read that Colorado and Utah have got enough water that Powell will
not go down this year. It will not improve though either.

Yep. 2019 was fantastic. Great winter and a cool spring. But 2020 was historically terrible and 2021 was bad, too.

A good portion of the Colorado River comes from the Green, too, and its snowpack (western WY) is looking a lot better
