it wasn't particularly cheap then. At first, I thought it was just one of those overinflated Zillow estimates. But then I noted that a month ago a house a couple of streets over from mine (similar house) sold for more than the Zillow estimate on mine. And frankly, my house is just a poorly built tract home. Certainly nothing special.
