must have been very popular. My company sends out an email for promotions and new hires to the entire plant. This individual was promoted and 5-6 people hit reply all and copied the person on the email to congratulate them (including clapping hands emoji). After the 5-6 people do this a senior leader at the plant responds and asks everyone to not reply all.

Second shift started about 30 mins ago. I just got another email congratulating them on the promotion. Clearly they didn’t see the email from the senior leader yet…

Not sure why you can’t just email the person or even forward it to the person and congratulate them. Why hit reply all and the copy them on it?
