Terrible customer service. Had to wait a week to be approved for a rental car and then had to pay for two days of the rental car on our own as Bear River stopped payment on the rental with notifying us. Would not return phone calls. Just a terrible experience all around.

Maybe that’s how they get their customers such great rates by sucking for everyone else.
