cloud if you save them (otherwise, they're deleted from Snapchat's cloud storage), but nobody else can save YOUR snaps in the Snapchat cloud as I understand it. For someone else to store your photos, they would have to screenshot them, which does not store them on Snapchat's database.

Also, nothing in that statute gives any indication that merely believing that it COULD be stored in their database rises to the level required by the statute.
