When Nowell entered the portal a few weeks ago I was hoping we’d go after him.
People immediately mentioned Washington since he’s from there, but who knows. Haven’t seen anything about BYU contacting him tho.
Would have 3 years left. Lots of athleticism and potential as a 2 guard.
Similar situation with Barcello, couldn’t find time to crack the rotation. My girlfriend and her family are big Arizona fans and thought Nowell would be a star by the time his career finished if he stuck it out there.
Let’s keep this U of A to BYU pipeline going!
