I was never a fan of meatloaf growing up. But my wife makes a really good one
and I love hers.
Dunno what she does to make it different than the gelatinous looking monstrosities I've seen at restaurants, but it's tasty and has almost a crunchy outer meat shell.

Peanut butter. I smell cookies to make sure there is no peanut butter in them. People can’t believe I don’t like it.
