Stay at the cabins that Cougarbib owns in Hatch...
Use that as your base. Then you have Bryce, Zions, Cedar Breaks, and Grand Staircase close by, along with Pine Lake, Navajo Lake and Panguitch Lake, Tropic Reservoir as water spots, along with down the road in Kanab, and all that has to offer in the area. Then play it by ear either to go fish, hiking, sightseeing.
