I'd guess that many are speeding down the street
Realistically, if someone is driving 45 down a larger road, it's unlikely that they drop to 25 for a quick detour into a residential neighborhood.
I believe that ChiCityCoug is, but I also believe others aren't. So that's probably why they've gotten so upset. And adding garbage cans or a police officer won't stop people from going down their road....but it will likely slow them down.
