Gaming can definitely become a legit addiction. There are treatment centers that
specialize in gaming addictions.
Parents of minors who don’t set boundaries with their addicted loved ones are part of the problem. I know some parents who let their kids game 40 hours a week. The odds that these kids will grow up to become unproductive adults are pretty high.
