I really want to keep the weight lower and if we decide to upgrade someday I’ll get a bigger trucks so I’m not pushing limits on towing on the freeway.

Slides can be prone to failure.

Yeah, but the difference in comfort to me is huge. Its claustrophobic in a lot of RVs. I’ll maintain a slide and fix

With experience we may upgrade someday but my gut tells me if we do that it’ll include a truck upgrade

Several RV storage places near us, with power in the slips and dump stations for clean out.

We have that exact model 2014, tow with Tundra. Love it.

Not too big. Something like a Rockwood 2881S. Don’t want to go over 33’ total length for a couple reasons.

That’s a nice layout. I went a tad longer than planned but I think it’ll be a better layout for us.

Is that half ton towable?

It’s in their Ultra Lite series, which they say is 1/2 or 3/4 ton towable. We have a 1 ton though.

We bought a 5th wheel last year and have loved it. They pull great.
