Domestic and global economies unexpectedly expanding... blah blah blah
So supply cannot keep up with demand due to not enough refining capacity... blah blah blah... Possible rationing on the east coast... Blah blah blah... Worst since 1970s blah blah blah. Market analysts are the worst. How does something like this just happen without anyone noticing until we are nearing a crisis?
