Offensively, Fouss will be fine at the 4, but defensively he likely struggles a bit. But if we bring in a guy like Njie & fail to hold down the 4 w some legit size & length like Fouss & Atiki possess — then are ceiling once again is gonna be very poor, & things will break down at some pt in the season once again.

While I agree on the value of running & screening for a 4, I think much of your list is at best luxury. 4s need to be strong in the paint & in intermediate zone. There will be teams that'll try to scheme a guy like Fouss off the floor --sure-- but they still have to deal with his ability to score in the paint & control the boards. And if we can back him with the likes of a monster like Njie, he's gonna be notably more effective in that capacity than he even was last season, imo.
