Just build a massive cement pipe that’s big enough for two lanes going each direction. Plop it into the water and let it sink or settle to the bottom.

Put a couple of traffic lights in it just for fun. And in the middle should be a Maverik gas station on one side of the road and a bunch of pickle ball courts on the other side of the road.

Also the pipe should be transparent so that we could see the dolphins and whales and sharks swimming around. Vineyard will volunteer to stock the lake with dolphins and whales and sharks.

Also a pedestrian lane and a bike lane in each direction to make it carbon neutral.
