Yes. It's winning in the NCAA Tournament every single season. With apologies, to
TNT, Livecoug, and BDawg, the hand-wringing over the WCC is overcome by "This one simple trick":

Winning. When BYU was winning in 2019-20, so many CBer's that had been whining for years quit, and said, sometimes verbatim:

"I found out I didn't hate the WCC, I just hated losing."

It may not be the same posters (or maybe it will) but if we go .500 our first two years in the Big 12, some will be crying about how it's the worst situation ever for us, because we can't compete for recruits, are outside the footprint of the rest of the league or [Fill in the blank].

Gonzaga's pitch is self evident: Playing in every NCAA Tournament since 1999 and advancing every single season since 2009. Also, a dozen different GU alums on NBA rosters over the past five seasons. That helps a little. But to get to the NBA players on rosters, they had to start with winning.
