I lifted on Monday - legs/back/chest. Next day my lower back hurt a ton. I iced it throughout the day and the next morning it was fine. But then seemingly every muscle in my body - except my back muscles - have been incredibly sore. Neck/throat, forearms, legs, hands, feet. I have almost no grip strength. This is the third morning I’ve woken up with this.
I thought maybe it was the flu so I’ve taken cold/flu pills the last two days and they’ve helped with the soreness. But I don’t have any other symptoms.
Bodies are weird.
