If I were to vote - Hall and Rising would both be in the top 5
Because they are both good players that lead good offenses. Honestly, both are very good IMO. Just because I am a Utah fan - do I think Hall is not a good QB.
Other possibilities for my top 5 would include:
Freeland
Nacua
Romney
Thomas
Phillips
Kuithe
I don't know the USU players well enough to weigh in on them.
