Used to be higher but now 3% is the best I can do. And unless I’m inventing some technique that alters the way my company does business and changes the life of thousands I’m not gonna be eligible for that 3% raise.

But honestly, I’m fairly compensated. I would like them to do an adjustment for inflation though.
