Mmmm nope. Sorry. I just looked at wayfair with 200 pages of sectionals, and exactly one page out of 200 was $12k+
Pottery barn has a range for each sectional online, but $12k is definitely at or near the top of the range for every one.
Bassett furniture has 84 sectionals on their website, 4 of which are over $12k
Ashley furniture does not have a single sectional over $4k online
Macys also does not have a single sectional over $12k online.
If you think $12k is midrange, you got scammed
