18/30 for 60% on just over 4 attempts per game. He averaged just over 2 attempts per game during the season.

The biggest difference though between the suns and warriors is the suns don’t really have anyone besides Booker who can get to the rim…well Cam Payne too, but he was unplayable against the Mavs.

Chris Paul doesn’t get to the rim, but he usually at least requires defensive attention. The 2nd half of the series, the Mavs realized CP3 wasn’t a threat to score and they started putting two on the ball anytime Booker touched it. Hard to get to the rim with two on you, even for a good rim attacker.


I haven’t caught much of the Mavs-Warriors series, so I can’t speak for how the Mavs are defending every action, but I’d guess they aren’t trapping and even if they are, the warriors have a lot more players who can take advantage. Wiggins and Poole are significantly better attacking the rim than say Bridges and Crowder.
