The last time I flew Southwest, which was about 3 months ago, the aircraft did not have any power outlets at its seats, something other airlines like American, Delta, etc. have had for years.

"Southwest is offering free WiFi to all Customers on select flights to understand how the upgraded equipment performs with a large number of Customers using the equipment simultaneously." Uh, how about just offering free wifi to all passengers like Hawaiian Air does on all transpacific flights. Not just some kind of test basis.
