Highland Gardens has the best quality and selection IMO close to Lehi (or
TriCity Nursery). Cooks is a bit hit and miss due to a lot of traffic it draws IMO. Cooks does better IMO with ground cover, bushes, annuals and shrubs.
If you are looking for a rather “simple and common” tree, it is worth looking at Home Depot, lowes or Walmart.
