Much of the front is repetitive. We dont need the word football, if we have a football. It's first and foremost a BYU shirt, and this looks like one of those online "unofficial" fan shirts where the shirt is the same they just swap out the team name/colors.
I would take out the word football. We know it's a football shirt based on the giant football. I would take out the "2021" and "2022". The information about the year is already on the back and it makes the shirt too wide. Simplify the space. Then other things can be rearranged. As stated I personally don't like the "fake destressed" look. It's the same reason I dislike many aspects of "farmhouse" as a design. There is an inauthenticity to mass produced "worn" items.
The back is good.
