Years ago I did an estimate for basement waterproofing in a house on the east end. That place had some serious issues, and I don't even remember if we got the job.

I've driven through Price many times. Nice little town, but I wouldn't want to live there. You could get a small place as your "home" and then spend the rest on a cabin in a pretty area, which may also be where you spend most of your time.
