Man, that was depressing to look through some of those houses $$$ wise. I always thought Price and Vernal
were kind of where you could go still to get somewhat of a deal in Utah these days. Not really. Just a bunch of overpriced crap. This new build price is ridiculous too. 1700 sq ft, no basement:
