I used to own a small rental house in Helper (a mistake when the time came to drive Soldier Summit in January to check on the place), and there's some beautiful scenery down there. There are some obvious drawbacks to living down there, but with as expensive as things are elsewhere in the state, I could understand someone who was untethered to a physical job location choosing it.
