His first wife preferred the moody goth husband and left him. He had his baby girl in the backseat when he was hit by the person that ran the light attempting to kill herself. The baby car seat was always behind the driver's seat. Family says the baby was was behind the driver's seat when he left. After the accident the car seat and baby were fairly safe and securely attached to the back middle seatbelt. Baby had significantly less damage than dad. Mom had stayed home.
