woods. One week a group of us decided we would cheat by cutting through the woods. Cut off a mile or so and we just wait in the woods for a bit so we didn’t look suspicious.

Well at some point we started to cut off from the path. Myself included. As I was running I started to feel guilty. So guilty I decided to punish myself and ended up running I think about 4 miles instead of the three. When I finally finished my PE teacher was waiting there for me. He told me he watched is all cheat and the only reason I wasn’t going to get I trouble was because he knew I went back and ran more. I felt like an idiot. The funniest part was a few who had cheated had gotten lost in the woods are were still running through the underbrush trying to find a way back to the trail without being caught. He was a stud teacher to put it mildly and he was fully aware of all of us the entire time. He even knew where my lost friends where but had decided to let them continue to find there way back.
