Was thinking the same - so many blowouts. IMO part of it may be true to an
extreme emphasis on taking 3's. If one team is hot - and the other is not - then games can get out of control quick. We see games where teams are taking 40+ shots from and going through streaks of making very few of those. If I team starts off 2 of 14 or something like that (and we've seen a lot of that) and the other team is shooting well it gets out of hand quick.

"In the old days" teams didnt rely nearly so much on 3's and often ran an inside out game, more short range shots, etc.
