full time job, or can it be a role that a member of a Scrum team (dev or product manager) can have? I had a little disagreement with a PM once who insisted it is a full time job. But the primary responsibilities of a Scrum master are to teach Scrum, ensure meetings are taking place, and help remove blockers. I don't see how that's a full time job, unless you have one Scrum master for a product department of dozens.
