terrible at her job and only got in the way. She wasn't a certified scrum master and I had to explain aspects of scrum to her. Still, even if she was a real scrum master she would have just gotten in the way. My coworker told me he believed she injected herself into everything in order to justify her job. He was right. She was let go a few months later.
