Bronco always seemed to me to be a guy who wanted to be a coach and didn’t enjoy a lot of the other off field things; like recruiting.

There’s a reason that some guys in the pro football game say they could never go back to the college game because the hassle of recruiting and dealing with parents is so annoying and bothersome. I can absolutely see that being the case with bronco, that the NIL and significantly different approach to recruiting are just things he doesn’t want to deal with.

I think it’s false to say that he likes getting paid but has a problem with others getting paid. I think he’s at a point in his life where he is very clear on what he doesn’t like to do, and sucking up to kids and their parents and helping get them $$$ isn’t what interests him.
