I have a new position on my team and am reviewing resumes. One individual put they graduated from BYU, when in reality they were at BYU-Idaho. I don't have anything against BYU-Idaho but to me that's intentional deception, especially if you list it in your LinkedIn profile. Two separate schools, two distinct programs, accreditations and classes.

I've seen others do this with state systems. It's an immediate no from me.
